Architecture design services for the UAE manufacturing facility of Mapei, the Italian global leader in construction chemicals, for Meridian TEchnologies LLC. The plant sits on a 40,000 m² plot at Dubai Investments Park and is built to demanding health, safety and environmental standards. Industrial architecture of this kind has to balance process-driven planning, efficient material flow, regulatory compliance and a safe working environment, while also housing quality-control laboratories and technical training spaces. We bring that same discipline to every industrial project: functional clarity, durability in the Gulf climate, and a design that reflects the client’s brand.
